The STIHL HTA 50 works with our AK system and is ideal for tree work around your yard, including noise-sensitive areas. Featuring ergonomically optimised operating handle, control is at your fingertips! Suitable for use by right-handed or left-handed operators, the entire grip area is encased in a comfortable grip tube so that you can hold the cordless pruner firmly in your hands.With the STIHL 1/4" PM3 saw chain you can achieve a high cutting performance. Low weight and the lateral chain tension makes it easy to retightening the chain, you can work comfortably, ergonomically and with less effort.You can retrofit the STIHL HTA 50 battery pruner with the optional STIHL Smart Connector to track usage and servicing needs.The HTA 50 has an overall length of 280cm and thanks to the adjustable length (to 150cm), is suitable for transport and easy to store. With the optional shaft extension, you can extend the length to 330cm.

Viewing window on the oil tank

The stable branch hook helps when cutting. After cutting, loose clippings can be easily removed from trees thanks to the robust branch hook.
Split Shaft
The shaft of the HTA 50 can be easily shortened thanks to the clamp coupling with toggle screw. The device can therefore be transported and stored with ease.

Ergonomic control unit
The ergonomic operating handle combined with a self-resetting locking lever is user-friendly and enables an intuitive starting process. Easy to use for both right- and left-handers.
